The article discusses the key areas of digital transformation of HR departments. It is shown that today the methods of digital management and flexible organizational structure have become central in the business thinking of the HR service. It is proved that in modern conditions, the digital format of the work of HR departments should be based on innovations. Popular trends in the field of HR technologies based on digitalization have been identified. As a result of the conducted research, some management solutions aimed at improving the work of HR departments in the conditions of digitalization are proposed.
