Digital transformation of public administration in modern conditions

In the article, the authors reveal these aspects in more detail, indicating the importance of the digital transformation of public administration for the country’s economy. The paper considers the main problems facing the process of digitalization of public administration, as well as the shortcomings of the traditional system of public administration, gives the basic definitions of the digital transformation of public administration, analyzes the main problems of process automation and transition to new standards. The basic principles on which the digital transformation of public administration is based are studied. The authors pay attention to the role of big data in the planning, monitoring and control of public administration, as well as in evaluating the results of this process. The advantages and disadvantages of this process are considered, and foreign experience is analyzed.
