Digital transformation and economic security: risks, threats and ways of adaptation in modern conditions

The article examines the key aspects of ensuring economic security in the context of digital transformation. Particular attention is given to the importance of identifying and analyzing specific threats thatemerge during the integration of digital technologies into various spheres of societal and economic life. The primary goal of the study is to justify the necessity of addressing these threats for their subsequent systematization andfor developing the most effective government policy tools aimed at their mitigation and resolution. The study revealed that, in the context of digitalization, economic security entails a state in which the subjects of economic activity - whether individuals, society, or the state - can maintain stable functioning within thedigital environment. This state of economic security is characterized by resilience, predictability, and protection of interactions among these subjects, provided that negative factors arising from the digital environmentare neutralized or their impact is significantly reduced. It is emphasized that digital transformation, on the one hand, creates new opportunities for development, and on the other, creates unique threats that require comprehensive study and accounting.
