The article examines the process of digital transformation of the corporate training system, describing the methods and tools used by companies to transition from the traditional form of training to a more effective and interactive one. The article describes various approaches to learning, as well as risks and their problems. The importance of adapting the culture of the organization to new technologies and innovations in the field of education is also noted. As a result, the work shows that the use of digital technologies in training makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of training, create a more flexible and individual program and reduce training costs, meeting the requirements of the modern labor market.
