Digital transformation of oil and gas holding

The work is devoted to improving the productivity of administrative and managerial staff through the digitization of business processes. The object of study is the business processes of administrative and management functions in the largest oil and gas holding, and the subject of the research is the methodology of robotization of business processes. In the course of the work, were carried out the review of digital technologies and the comparative analysis of the leading providers of RPA platforms, was assessed the potential of RPA implementation at the enterprise, and were developed models of highly efficient business processes and the pilot robot. Based on the results of the work, was developed the model of digital transformation of the oil and gas holding.
