Digital transformation of notary activity: some ambiguous issues

The article discusses the prerequisites and main directions of digital transformation in the notary's activity. The key components of this phenomenon, its main features and legal regulation are analyzed. The directions for the implementation of information technologies in practice are investigated. The author comes to the conclusion about the increased interest of citizens in performing remote actions and about the successful functioning of licensed programs. Special attention is paid to the generalization of the procedure for remote transactions.
