Digital transformation of staff training for tourism clusters: the role of universities in developing competencies for the digital and AI age

This article examines the digital transformation of tourism cluster training through 2030. Using Sochi State University as an example, it proposes a conceptual model of a "university as the core of digital competencies for a tourism cluster," linking the results of national projects with the objectives of updating educational programs, developing continuous education, and networking with businesses. Conclusions for regional universities operating in Russia's tourism regions are also drawn.
