Digital transformation of the work of the federal tax service of Russia

The article examines the impact of the development of digitalization on the work of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. Innovations and ease of use of such digital tools as a taxpayer’s personal account, the use of a digital payment platform, and an electronic wallet are shown. Conclusions are drawn about the effectiveness and ease of use of digital innovations in the work of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. Directions for improving tax administration are proposed, taking into account the digital transformation of this area of activity.
