Digital transformation of the Republic of Belarus

The article is devoted to the development of scientific and methodological aspects of digital transformation as a factor in economic growth and public administration efficiency based on the materials of the Republic of Belarus. The results of applying the methods of factor analysis, content analysis, comparative studies of the research area in the study are presented. The structure of the information technology market, the parameters and estimates of the indexes of digital management decisions, the effectiveness of digital transformation are disclosed. A constructive model for the transition to digital technologies of the national industry has been developed. The strategies of systemic digital modernization are scientifically substantiated and formulated.
