Digital transformation of service processes of fitness enterprises

This article demonstrates that the digitalization of service processes, even in such a specific sphere as fitness, is not only possible, but also necessary for the development of this sphere in the post-pandemic period. The existing technologies and innovations are described, as well as the foreign experience of digital transformation used in this service sector. The key disadvantages and advantages of providing fitness services in the digital environment are analyzed. According to the specifics and characteristics of this sphere, the possible ways for the development of the fitness industry are determined, both during the period of pandemic restrictions and also after them.
