The article discusses the impact of digital transformation of services as a driver of global social development, which provides economic efficiency and improved quality of life. Therefore, the digitalization in this article is understood as a modern global trend of economic development, which justifies the relevance of this topic. This article deals with the problem of digital transformation of business. Because this process is complex and ambiguous, it requires large financial and time expenditures, which leads to significant restructuring of business processes of companies. The reported study was funded by RFBR, project number 20-010-00571 "The Impact of Digital Transformation on Improving the Quality and Innovation of Services".
