Бесплатный доступ

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the impact of digitalization on the architecture, functioning, and development of the social investment system. The author demonstrates the irreversibility of this process, despite existing barriers, and emphasizes the need for adaptation by all stakeholders – from government institutions to end consumers of services. The central element of the study is the development of a multi-criteria typology of digital technologies, allowing for their systematization based on their role, focus of impact, and stage of the social investment system's life cycle. Based on the analysis, the authors substantiate the priority of an intensive development path focused on the quality and targeted nature of social services over an extensive one aimed at quantitative growth. This article contributes to the development of a theoretical and methodological framework for managing social investments in the digital age.
