The article is devoted to the digital transformation of transnational corporations (TNCs) of the consumer sector. Under the influence of growing competition and arrival of new competitors and digital platforms, traditional consumer sector multinationals are transforming their activities in the digital direction. Consumer TNCs use digital marketing, with emphasis on mobile technologies, business analytics and social networks, for global production chains use digital twin factories, and artificial intelligence for data analysis.
