The paper discusses the main theoretical issues of managing innovative changes in the context of digital transformation in the knowledge economy, provides the key conceptual and terminological apparatus, and considers the main problems associated with ensuring the requirements for the process of continuous accreditation of educational institutions of higher professional education in the context of digital transformation. The paper is based on a general scientific methodology, including methods of analysis and synthesis within the framework, of which traces the formation of the organizational process of introducing innovative technologies in the face of resistance to organizational changes associated with the implementation of digital transformation.
