Digitalization of human activity: legal reality, problems and prospects

In the article, the authors consider the features of the introduction of electronic technologies in some areas of legal reality, and in particular in labor relations. Special attention is paid to such legal phenomena as smart contracts, electronic digital signature, electronic employment record, digitalization of legal proceedings, and others. The authors explore the issues of minimizing the harm from the use of robotic systems and the prospects for regulating this area.
