Digitalization of the working of business subjects on the basis of analysis of business processes

The digitalization of the working of economic entities is carried out in order to optimize the use of digital technologies in all types of activities of companies. The aim of the work is to study methods for analyzing business processes of subjects in order to automate business processes. In the course of the study, the process of analyzing business processes is considered. The search for shortcomings in the digitalization of business processes was carried out based on the analysis of the process model of the acting entity. Based on the analysis of the “as it should be” model, conclusions were drawn about the effectiveness of solutions for automating business processes.
