Digitalization of urban management: the role of information technology in the planning and development of Moscow

The article is devoted to the analysis of the role of information technologies and digitalization processes in the Moscow city government system. The study highlights the introduction of digital platforms and services in various areas of urban economy, such as transport, healthcare, education and housing and communal services. The key aspects of digitalization are considered, including automation of administrative processes, the use of big data and artificial intelligence for making managerial decisions, as well as the creation of a unified information environment for interaction between authorities and citizens. The article provides recommendations for the further development of Moscow's digital infrastructure and suggests measures to minimize the risks associated with the introduction of new technologies.
