Digitalization of public administration: Advantages and risks of combining public and private services

The digital transformation of public administration leads to the emergence of new types of combined digital public services with the redistribution of familiar functional roles between participants in the emerging social relations. The study aims to identify the advantages and risks for participants in such social relations in the field of social protection of the population. The results of the study show what risks arise for each of the participants in public relations when combining public and private social protection services in the design of new digital services. The novelty of the study is to identify the risks of reducing the value of public services in the field of social protection of the population when combined with services provided by the corporate sector. The results of the study can be used in the design of combined digital public services in other sectors of the social sphere.
