The article is devoted to the study of the impact of digitalization and automation on business processes in project activities. Key concepts such as digitalization, automation, and their application in project management are considered. The main benefits of implementing digital tools are analyzed, including increased efficiency, lower costs, improved communication, and shorter project lead times. Modern technologies and software used to automate project processes, cloud data warehouses, collaboration tools, and analytical platforms, have been studied. The main problems and challenges that arise when implementing digital solutions are analyzed, such as the need for staff training, data security, and integration of disparate systems. It is concluded that digital transformation is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of projects in today's dynamic world.
