Digitalization and ‘omics’ - new approaches to training scientific personnel

New approaches to the training of scientific and scientific-Pedagogical personnel in graduate school are considered. These approaches are presented in the context of digitalization of education and taking into account the characteristics of a new stage in Biological science associated with the formation of genomics and other “omics”. The key aspects of the implementation of the educational program for the training of graduate students in the field of “Biological Sciences” in the Federal Research Center “Fundamental Foundations of Biotechnology” of the Russian Academy of Sciences are characterized.
