Digitalization of the electoral process in the Russian Federation

The paper analyzes the trends in the development of digitalization of the electoral process. The author studied various options for introducing digitalization at all stages of the electoral process: nomination of candidates, formation of a voter list, voting. The author proposes a number of legislative changes aimed at ensuring the transparency of the digitalization of the electoral process.
