The authors of the article analyze the impact of the process of the digital economy on labor and social security in terms of the impact on employment. The article substantiates the conclusion that this process is positive (the possibility of combining work and family responsibilities, the development of distance labor), and negative (reduction in the staff of employees, problems of employment of the elderly).
