Digitalization of the main business processes of the organization: current trends and features in the modern economy

The purpose of the study is to analyze internal and external drivers of digital transformation of business processes, as well as systematization of digital technologies on the market in terms of their application in the main business processes of the enterprise, depending on its type of activity. The article discusses the issues of digital transformation of business processes of organizations. The driving forces of the internal and external environment are described, prompting the organization to implement digital trans-organization of business processes. The main software tools that are most often used in business processes of organizations are considered. Clarified which software tools are most common in the practice of Russian organizations. One of the forms of digitalization at the organization level is the introduction of new business models in certain industries. We studied the most common business models in the context of digital transformation of business processes. We studied the classification of business processes from the point of view of Paul Harman. A classification of business processes related to business management is proposed. We have considered some digital technologies that may be applicable to the business process, depending on the implementation of the main types of business processes by the company.
