The article discusses the need for digital transformation of consumer relations, which allows providing instant service, seamless multi-channel experience and openness of the enterprise. The authors note that digitalization of relations involves the implementation of several components: product, consumer knowledge and communication channels. The introduction of advanced technologies enables companies to build personalized communication with customers, offering ways of interaction in which consumers themselves are interested.
