Digitalization of the legal sphere in the context of its essence and application

The present study considers the concept of digitalization and its impact on the legal sphere. The main forms of using digital technologies in legal and economic spheres have been examined. It was determined that digitalization is a new form of realization of rights, i. e., legal relations. Digitalization does not significantly affect the nature of the exercised right, as well as the nature of the legal relation, the rights and obligations of its participants. A person endowed with will and, therefore, able to bear responsibility for his actions or inaction has always been, and remains the subject of law. It is shown that there are legal industries in which the use of digital technologies is very limited, for example, the sphere of labor relations. The issues of digitalization of law enforcement, supervisory activities, and the sphere of justice are revealed.
