"Digitalization" of crime in the UK and Norway: a brief note

The article proposed for acquaintance is devoted to the problems of using modern digital and computer technologies in the commission of crimes. The article is based on two examples related to the change in classical crime, first, the possession of pornographic products in the UK, and secondly, against the person and sexual inviolability in Norway. In conclusion, it is concluded that it is necessary to draw the attention of the domestic legislator and law enforcer to this problem, based on the experience of foreign countries.
