Digitization of socially significant services in the digital transformation of economy of the Republic of Crimea

The subject of this research is the analysis of digitization processes in socially significant services in order to executing the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" and Decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On the national goals and strategic objectives in development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024". The purpose of the article is a theoretical and practical analysis of the socially significant services digitization in the context of the digital transformation of Crimean economy. The hypothesis of the study is the positive impact of the "smart" technology introduction in the area of socially significant services on socio-economic development of the country and the region.
