Digitizing the social infrastructure of rural areas (domestic experience)

The article describes the general characteristics of the digitalization of the social infrastructure of rural areas in Russia. The author makes suggestions on the directions of implementing the digitalization of social infrastructure in rural areas. The problems that have arisen in this area are also identified, such as: digital inequality between the urban and rural population, low income of the rural population, the high cost of laying the Internet, insufficient investment, etc. The results of this study can be used in the development of digitalization in rural areas and the development of appropriate concepts and projects.
