Бесплатный доступ

The author considers the digitalization process as a transformation of socio-economic systems. It reveals the main goals of law in the processes of digital transformation of society. Analyzes the legal aspects of the functioning of information systems in the field of insurance and the problems that arise in law enforcement practice when concluding insurance contracts in electronic form. Considers the relationship between the concepts of «secret of private life» and «secret of insurance», and aspects of the protection of these intangible benefits. He concludes that, in connection with this, the awareness of consumers of insurance services is insufficient and the need to refine the relevant legislative norms.
