The issues of improving recruitment and selection technologies are relevant, since Russian companies are faced with the problem of limited human resources and a decrease in the quality of the workforce. It is the digitalization of personnel recruitment and selection that makes it possible to reduce the labor intensity of processes, improve their quality, and connect this element of the personnel management system with others, such as personnel adaptation, employee development management, career management, and personnel records management. This article is devoted to the study of the system of selection and selection of personnel of an organization in the conditions of digitalization. The author examines the positive and negative aspects of digitalization in the process of personnel management, as well as tools for their improvement.
