Digitalization of the cultural institutions in the Republic of Buryatia: analysis of the sites of the rural houses of culture

The article analyzes the main tendencies in the development of the socio-cultural sphere in the field of computer technologies and considers the basic requirements for the sites of the official institutions. The sites of the district rural houses of culture are assessed on the basis of the general criteria.
