The article deals with the problems of automation of enterprises in the service sector and their impact on the economy. Automation is viewed as a tool for information circulation, tracking the market situation, and analyzing key indicators. The economic basis of digitalization is the technology of diagnostics, forecasting and planning of the company's turnover in order to increase profits.
