The paper focuses on the collision with Internet risks for children, adolescents, older adolescents, as well as their parents and teachers. The study was conducted in the Stavropol Region in 2020. The multicultural environment, intense external information pressure, and the difficulties of socio-economic development characterize this region. The authors reveal the following pattern: the less often children use social media, the less they face Internet risks. The connection between the Internet risks experienced by 15- to 18-year-olds and the dominant types of their online network activity is fixed. There are such conjugations: those who play online games are more likely to experience cyberbulling and messages containing profanity. Those who often view chats in instant messengers often face inconvenience due to the provision of false/fake information. Those who intensively browse web pages report a problem with fake data and obscene content.
