The article is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of creating a digital twin of a company in the conditions of digitalization of spheres of society. The digital twin acts as a comprehensive solution in the management of the organization, which allows to increase the efficiency of its activities in the BANI-world. The purpose of the study is to identify the problems and prospects of using a digital twin to improve the efficiency of preparing a company for digital transformation. This material is interesting for researchers whose research interests include modern processes of digitalization of organizations, SMEs that seek to improve the efficiency of their companies in the current economic conditions. The result of the study is the identified prospects for the use of the company's digital twin and the problems that act as constraining factors in the implementation of the company's digital twin.
