Digital monitoring of the Arctic event agenda: from data to strategic development

The article presents the development of a digital system for monitoring Arctic events. Based on the analysis of data on Arctic events, it allows to generate up-to-date trend maps and tracking of digital traces of users and form their profiles for the flexible management of the Arctic event agenda in the context of socio-economic development of the Arctic region of Russia.
