The article substantiates, taking into account the specifics of the agricultural sector and the phenomena and processes occurring in it in modern conditions, the need to introduce and study the concept of “digital potential of rural territories” and, in this regard, supplement and clarify the content of the concept of “potential of rural territories” in the context of agro-industrial complex development.
