Digital Sovereignty as a Political Narrative: State Priorities and Public Adaptation Models

The paper examines the phenomenon of “digital sovereignty” and offers its interpretation as a dominant political narrative within Russian current discourse. The digital sovereignty of society is a consequence of the evolutionary development of technological complex and global transformation processes, leading to a conceptual expansion of the supernova universal. The proceeding focuses on maintaining the stability of a political system through the development of digital resilience in the face of actual geopolitical challenges. The article highlights the theoretical and methodological problem of defining the status and role of mass media, which play a key role in the political process, and identifies systemic contradictions between the program goals of achieving digital sovereignty and real social processes. Attention is given to the external context shaping this narrative, strategies of technological dominance and practices of cyber intervention, which are considered a key challenge to national sovereignty.
