Digital Financial Assets as a Novel of Civil Legislation

The article examines the legal regulation of digital financial assets in Russian legislation, provides a detailed analysis of the definition and identifies the characteristic features of the above-mentioned new model in the legal system of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the study is to define the concept, essential features and legal nature of digital financial assets. The relevance of the topic is due to the rapid development of the digital economy and the emergence of new asset classes that do not fit into traditional civil structures in the context of rapid digitalization of society.
