Digital innovations in corporate finance management: digital mechanism based on blockchain technology

The rapid development of digital progress every year increasingly affects the speed of technological changes in the field of corporate financial management in organizations, and a special place in this process is given to the application of digital innovations. The main scientific methods were used for the research: literature and source analysis, research methodology, statistical data analysis. The article considers digital innovation based on blockchain technology, which is actively implemented in corporate finance management of modern organizations. The article analyzes the advantages of implementing digital mechanisms based on blockchain technology in order to optimize the process of corporate finance management in the conditions of digital transformation. It is considered how the digital mechanism based on blockchain technology provides a high degree of transparency and reliability of data in financial management, reducing the risks of financial frauds and errors. According to the results of the study, the author concludes that the digital mechanism based on blockchain technology allows to achieve such a level of corporate finance management, which provides a new level of digital development, which allows to achieve new prospects for improving corporate financial processes and the development of the organization as a whole.
