The article discusses digital innovations related to the use of chatbots in the economy. The advantages of using chatbots in various sectors such as financial services and retail are described, including improving the quality of customer service and optimizing business processes. It also analyzes the current problems associated with the introduction of chatbots, such as the lack of development of artificial intelligence technologies and data security issues. Statistical data confirming the growth in the use of chatbots are presented, and prospects for further development and integration of chatbots with other digital technologies are considered. The article provides recommendations on the effective implementation and use of chatbots to gain competitive advantages in the modern digital economy.
