Digital mechanisms of appeal of citizens of the Russian Federation to the authorities: dynamics and geography of distribution

The article analyzes the digital mechanisms of appeal of citizens of the Russian Federation to the authorities and local self-government. The author establishes that the degree of dissemination of electronic public services is determined by regional specifics. A special emphasis is placed on the compliance of the digitalization of the public sector with the national development goals of the Russian Federation until 2030.
