Digital public goods: essence and main problems

In this article, the authors were faced with the task of identifying the main problems in the implementation of digital public goods. In modern conditions, the development of IT infrastructure determines the interest of managers at various levels in providing digital benefits. A variety of digital threats requires the development of methods to combat them. Both individual subjects and the state and the world community as a whole are interested in this.
