Digital law ontologies and digital legal space

The article is devoted to the study and interpretation of the concepts of the digital legal space and digital ontologies of law. The authors examine the concept of «ontology» as applied to the sphere of law. The authors turn to the question of the peculiarities of the influence of digitalization on the right. The issue of the possibility of relevant program formalization of law is considered in the article. The authors explore the concepts of legal ontologies, the concept and forms of the digital legal space. The article raises the question of digital ontological engineering in law.
