Digital perspectives of social and political mobilization of regional network communities of Kuzbass and Tyumen using data mining

Transformations of modern socio-political processes, the experience of the Russian society of the state of changed social reality are carried out against the background of global digitalization. The interpretation of the concept of mobilization in the study receives a dual sound, namely, as a scientific concept, and designations of the processes taking place in modern Russian society (including the military mobilization aspect). The mobilization of network actors in conditions of reactive relations actualizes the use of intelligent digital analysis - data mining in research. The aim of the article is to study the possibility of studying the social and political mobilization of regional network communities, as well as determining network mobilization forms, participants and mobilization trajectories using data-mining tools and principles. The article describes the capabilities of the analytical platform PolyAnalyst. As a research base, the authors have collected a dataset of up-to-date data of the regional network communities of Kuzbass and Tyumen (excluding autonomous territories), which includes 97 unique network communities of Kuzbass and 41 unique communities of the Tyumen Region, thematically related to the discussion of social and political problems that have a regional connection. The researchers note that regional network communities are able to serve as a point of unification of unique opinions and assessments and at the same time allow recording the attitude of users to global network identities that appear in real time. The study of social and political mobilization in the network regional environment allows us to claim to build comparative models with non-obvious characteristics of the connectivity of participants, the resources used, a unique life history and practice of everyday interaction, the semantics of discourse.
