This article examines the role of digital platforms and monitoring systems in improving the effectiveness of strategic management in organizations and infrastructure complexes. It emphasizes that digitalization of management processes enables real-time data integration, increases transparency, and accelerates decision-making. Modern approaches to implementing digital solutions, including Big Data, artificial intelligence, cloud services, and IoT technologies, are analyzed, as well as their impact on strategic planning, risk management, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). Particular attention is paid to international experience in digitalizing strategic management and the potential for its adaptation in developing economies. Based on this analysis, promising areas for the development of digital platforms are identified, and recommendations are formulated for their integration into strategic management practices to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of organizations.
