Digital tights as objects of civil law

The scientific article discusses the emergence of legal regulation of a new object of civil rights - digital rights. With the adoption of the Federal Law of March 18, 2019 №34-FL “On Amendments to Parts One, Two and Article 1124 of Part Three of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation”, the first step was taken to form the legal basis for the digital economy in the Russian Federation, and the civil legal institute of digital rights as a kind of civil rights objects.
