Digital technologies for identification and tracking of cargoes in logistics systems

This article examines the relevance of tracking and identifying goods in the process of bringing them to the end consumer. The most significant technologies that identify the cargo and determine its location are analyzed. RFID tags, blockchain technology, bar coding, and biometrics were considered as identification tools. The key technology for tracking cargo is the Glonass satellite system, on the basis of which individual software products are developed.
