Digital technologies as a tool for the development of the banking sector

The presented article examines the development of the banking sector in the context of digitalization. By applying digitalization in the banking sector, there will be a change in business processes and business development in banking. Using digital technologies, many problems in the banking sector will be solved, for example, the acceleration of technological changes and an increase in the speed of banking services will occur through the use of artificial intelligence, P2P lending and robo-advising. As a result of the study, the concept of "digitalization" was defined and the main effect of the use of digital technologies in the banking sector was revealed.
