Digital technologies as a way of representing military-historical heritage: the experience of the Museum-Reserve of the Heroic Defense and Liberation of Sevastopol

The article examines examples of the use of modern digital technologies in the field of representation and preservation of military historical heritage in the experience of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Museum-Reserve of the Heroic Defense and Liberation of Sevastopol". The research is based on the content analysis method, which allowed us to study the content of the website and social networks, digital projects and documentation of the museum. It represents both theoretically and practically valuable tools for evaluating the effectiveness and prospects of using digital technologies in the exposition, exhibition, scientific and other areas of the museum's work, as well as an effective mechanism for improving the current concept of its development. The analyzed experience of the museum in this area can become an example for other cultural institutions.
