Digital technologies in budgetary control as the key in achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs)

This article explores the role of modern digital technologies as a tool to creating efficient budgetary control system, emphasizing their significance in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In the article authors discussed new forms of financial control that are going to be amended in 2025 in Russia and their correlation with the process of digitalization. By examining best practices of foreign financial regulators, the study highlights how these technologies facilitate real-time monitoring, improve resource allocation, and foster stakeholder engagement. In conclusion some ways of improving control system in Russia are provided.
